If you are not an undergrad, please make sure to book your hotel reservation before July 15th. We negotiated an $89/night rate, which is over $100 less/ night for anyone else. The rate is available for hotel nights 8/4 thru 8/14. Please book before the rate goes up, and/or we have to pay for unreserved rooms. The reservation is under the name "Sigma Phi Delta." General notes: We're trying to make
the meetings a lot more interesting and dynamic than in years past.
We've already booked several groups to come in so that it's not just us
droning on for hours! We've got some pretty interesting stuff lined up,
and you won't want to miss it.
Thursday, August 8th: Everybody
checks in sometime in the morning, we start our meetings around noon.
After we get through some business we'll be heading over to Dave and
Busters across the street for the evening. Expect plenty of food and
fun, share a drink and catch up with Brothers you haven't seen in ages
or meet some new faces.
Friday, August 9th: Our meetings on
Friday should be very interesting, we'll be having guests from Phired
Up! come in to present to us for most of the day on a number of topics
which should be extremely informative and useful for everyone to take
back home with them. Once we wrap meetings up we will have a little bit
of down time and then head over as a group to the DC Area.
Saturday, August 10th: We will wrap up our meetings, including having elections
for our next Supreme Council. To conclude the weekend as is tradition,
we will have a formal on Saturday evening. Please note that there will
be a cost associated with dinner, and dates are welcome.
loose ends that we are finalizing: We also will be having Men's
Warehouse as a guest speaker. They will be presenting to us on a couple
topics including helping educate our undergrads on how to Dress for
Success as well as how to ace your interviews.

All in all this
is going to be a legendary weekend. With all of the tremendous
expansion we've been undertaking since our last gathering in Minneapolis
2011, we will have record numbers in attendance this year, which is
only fitting for our momentous 40th General Convention. Please be sure
to set those dates aside so that you can attend, you will not want to
